Return Policy:  • All sales are final. Code Cosmetics is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 

•Once an order is shipped, I am no longer responsible for your package. If your package is lost, you would have to contact your local USPS to claim your  package. 

• If you received the wrong package you must send proof of order and what you recieved so I can send you the correct order. 

All packages are sent through USPS. 

 Incorrect order policy: The order you’re returning must be in good condition and cannot be used or opened, we will not accept it. 

BeautyPlug is NOT responsible for any allergic reactions due to listing all the ingredients in product descriptions. 

When you’re placing an order, make sure you correctly enter your address. Once your order is being processed, we WILL NOT be able to change your shipping address. 

Code cosmetics is NOT responsible for late arriving packages, although I ship as soon as possible, delayed packages may be expected. To fix this issue, contact your local USPS.
